normalizeArray<ItemType>(arr: RestOrArray<ItemType>): ItemType[]
Normalizes data that is a rest parameter or an array into an array with a depth of 1.
Type Parameters

  The data that must satisfy RestOrArray.
Parameters

  The (possibly variadic) data to normalize
